The research team focuses in its research work on human interaction at recent workplace significantly influenced by modern digital technologies. Our main aim is to understand the dynamic development of modern technologies, particularly enhanced by the advent of AI that significantly influences and fundamentally changes working environment. The rapid advancement of AI and related technologies has brought tremendous opportunities and challenges for organisations. As the principles of Industry 5.0 including implementation of AI tools continues to be more and more integrated into the workplace, the concept of digital leadership, digital mindset, organisational culture and human-AI partnership is becoming increasingly important and exploration of their content and impact on employees seems to be crucial for establishing innovative work environment.
